CleanBlast,LLC is the leader in ultra high pressure (UHP) water blasting, abrasive blasting, sponge blasting, soda blasting, painting, equipment rental and rigging servicing the Gulf of Mexico Region.

The Company was formed in December 2006 and is the collaboration of top experts in blasting and painting services for the offshore oil and gas industry.

The owners and key management have over 200 years cumulative experience in the blasting and painting industry within the Gulf of Mexico. We also have experience with voyage repair transits from South Korea, Trinidad, Singapore into the Gulf of Mexico and riding outbound to Trinidad, Liberia, Egypt and Brazil.

We have a very dedicated and motivated workforce of over 200 field personnel. Each employee goes through extensive training in safety, rigging and job related functions. As a result, CleanBlast has one of the best safety records in the business: TRIR < 1/200k man hours. Our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Program will be totally SEMS compliant by November 15, 2011.

Also regarding HSE, CleanBlast has been an active participant in ISNetworld for several years and is rated very high for all customers. In addition, CleanBlast is an active and 100% compliant member of both DISA (non-DOT) and DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs.

As part of our DOT pipeline skills training program, CleanBlast, LLC is an active member of Veriforce and NCCER Operator Qualifications. Each pool consists of over 60 employees. We are members of SSPC (Society for Protective Coatings) and several of our employees are NACE certified.

Our model for success includes on-going support from the home office including Operations Management, Health, Safety & Environment, Human Resources, Procurement and Finance. Everyone focuses on completing the agreed upon deliverables on time and within budget.

Hands-on ST-17 Operational Training

CleanBlast has a rigorous training program (both initial hire and refresher) that insures our crews achieve and maintain the skills & knowledge needed to perform their duties. Highly-trained employees are more productive and have better attitudes reflecting fewer incidents and lower costs.

CleanBlast, LLC was well represented at the recent API Annual Roping Event in Kinder, LA.  Each year API continues to advance its mission of helping deserving young people complete their education with means and support from the industry they will be entering.  Through this worthy cause, many lives have changed for the better!

Each year, CleanBlast, LLC hosts an annual conference for it’s field supervisors.  The conference offers industry speakers, provides safety and operations training, and allows people to visit with their counterparts that they do not see often enough!

Lead Training
