Mike Fogleman, CEO, 29 years in offshore blasting and painting industry
Born in South Louisiana, Mike graduated from Notre Dame High School in Crowley, Louisiana. In 1981 he started in the industry as a Helper and over the next 15 years worked his way up through Blaster/Painter to Foreman on various offshore structures. During the following 10 years he was promoted to Superintendent through entry level management and into senior management.
Mike founded CleanBlast, LLC in 2006. He is recognized as one of the pioneers in the effective use of Ultra High Pressure (UHP) water blasting techniques in the Gulf of Mexico.
He is married with three children and two grandchildren.
Rudy Fogleman, President
Rudy’s career spans over 25 years in construction management, project engineering and refinery operations for multi-million dollar bio-refineries and bio-based chemicals. His background includes leading and managing all technical, engineering, logistical, staffing, training and operational aspects of building and operating capital intense refineries and chemical facilities and the long term maintenance of those facilities. He has collaborated extensively with entities such as LSU Audubon Sugar Research Center, Dartmouth University’s Thayer School of Engineering, USDA, DOE and multiple U.S. National Laboratories on process scale up of various technologies in bio-refineries.
Rudy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a MBA, both from the University of Louisiana.
He was born and raised in South Louisiana where he still resides. He is married and has four children and eight grandchildren.
Annette Landry, Office Manager, 22 years in offshore blasting and painting industry
Annette was born and raised in South Louisiana. After graduating from Abbeville High School she began her professional career in the retail industry rising to Assistant Manager before moving into tax accounting. In 1988 she began working in the offshore industry. She joined CleanBlast, LLC in 2006 and manages all office functions including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting.
Annette is married with two sons and four grandchildren.
Troy Fogleman, General Manager, 20 years in offshore experience
Troy was born and raised in Crowley, Louisiana attending and graduating from Notre Dame High School in Crowley. After high school he continued his education at the University of Louisiana in Lafayette. Upon graduation he began his career in the oil and gas industry working offshore for a major oilfield service company. After 18 years of working offshore on fixed, floating, semi – submersible drilling rigs and platforms Troy elected to join the CleanBlast team. Troy’s knowledge, experience and insight into the offshore GOM arena has proven to be a definite asset for CleanBlast and our customer base. Troy joined the CleanBlast, LLC team in 2021 as our General Manager over operations and sales.
Troy is married with three children and lives in the Acadiana area.
